Increase swap size for cinder-tempest-plugin-cbak-ceph job
The cinder-tempest-plugin-cbak-ceph job is regularly failing
with out of memory errors.
Use the parent Ceph job's swap settings instead of
specifying swap here, this will move this job from 4096MB
to 8192MB of swap.
