Codebase list cinder-tempest-plugin / a031394
Make cinder-tempest-plugin-lvm-lio non-voting There are currently issues with this test that need to be resolved. Until that can be worked through, this switches the job to be non-voting so we are not blocking other patches from being able to be merged.
