• debian/copyright: Replace commas with whitespace to separate items in Files paragraph. (comma-separated-files-in-dep5-copyright)

• Bump debhelper from old 9 to 12. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
• Drop unnecessary dependency on dh-autoconf. (useless-autoreconf-build-depends)
