Run of fresh-snapshots for fpzip

Try this locally (using the lintian-brush package):

debcheckout fpzip
cd fpzip
new-upstream --snapshot

Merge these changes:

git pull fresh-snapshots/main
git pull fresh-snapshots/upstream


Merged new upstream version: 1.3.0+git20200605.1.79aa1b1 (was: 1.3.0).
