Try this locally (using the lintian-brush package):

debcheckout ros-urdf
cd ros-urdf
new-upstream --snapshot

Merge these changes:

git pull https://janitor.debian.net/git/ros-urdf fresh-snapshots/main
git pull https://janitor.debian.net/git/ros-urdf fresh-snapshots/pristine-tar
git pull https://janitor.debian.net/git/ros-urdf fresh-snapshots/upstream
