Reminder: show_multiple_locations still deprecated In response to a question on the mailing list [0] about the status of the show_multiple_locations option (scheduled for removal since Pike), update the Train release notes to make it clear both that the option has not been removed, but that it continues to be deprecated. 8 The plan continues to be to eliminate the option and use only policies to
9 control image locations access. This, however, requires some major
10 refactoring, as discussed in the `draft Policy Refactor spec
11 <https://review.openstack.org/#/c/528021/>`_. Further, there is no
12 projected timeline for this change, as no one has been able to commit time
13 to it. (The Glance team would be happy to discuss this more with anyone
14 interested in working on it.)
