	- Introduce RunSimTest and tests directory with a set of example tests
	  and a simple way to run them
	- MCMemberRecord mads can be injected from the simulator.
	- PMA integrated into the simulator
	- VSA integrated into the simulator
	- All randomization in test flows should be done through a thread safe
	  randomization angine
