+PDF files removed from the upstream tarball, because these are large
+and easily regenerated; in fact if we cannot regenerate them then the
+package itself is broken.
+
+The original upstream produced versions 1 through 4.  Since then some
+others have taken up the mantle, I chose the best and called it
+version 5.  But development isn't organized or systematic; if there's
+ever a version 6 I'd imagine someone else will produce it.
