Remove constraints unnecessary since buster
* Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on libglib2.0-dev, libgtk-3-dev, pkg-config and valac.
* libgnome-games-support-1-dev: Drop versioned constraint on libglib2.0-dev and libgtk-3-dev in Depends.
