Revert "Added .gitignore file"
Please no changes outside of debian/
Upstream may ship .gitignore with their next release, causing unneeded
conflicts. Besides, one needs to ignore .pc/ in each and every package, which
means the ignore is better done in some central place like ~/.gitignore.
