3 - what was wrong with "Recommends: libmailtools-perl, libnet-dns-perl"?
4 the modules are still listed as recommended in META.yml
5 (ok, in practice Test::Reporter probably only uses Metabase/http nowadays,
6 so dropping them might actually be a good idea).
7 so yeah, either drop or demote to Suggests or back to Recommends, whatever
8 makes sense
9 - d/u/metadata: maybe clean up Contact a bit. the autogenerated list looks a
10 bit weird. in practice David Golden (already in Upstream-Contact in
11 d/copyright) might be better
