Add missing_dependency check to rust-regressions.sh This patch adds a new check to rust-regressions.sh, missing_dependency. It looks for the string `Broken autopkgtest-satdep` that indicates a missing dev-dependency, so autopkgtest cannot compile and execute the tests.
