- bugs found and fixed by Mike Reid - thanks:
  - dereference of null pointer in NullText()
  - using c_str() to write to a string in StrLwr()
- above bug fixes allow fast STL sort to run, so it is now default.
  but requires an edit of conf file if upgrading - see BUGS
- more bugs fixed:
  - false positive in CheckEmail()
- better shown progress in report generation
