- Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13. ( package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version )
- Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository, Repository-Browse.
- Set Testsuite header for perl package. ( team/pkg-perl/testsuite/no-testsuite-header )
