Summary
- Update watch file format version to 4. ( older-debian-watch-file-standard )
- Bump debhelper from old 11 to 13. ( package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version )
- Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends. ( uses-debhelper-compat-file )
- Set upstream metadata fields: Repository-Browse. ( upstream-metadata-file-is-missing )
- debian/watch: Use GitHub /tags rather than /releases page.
- Update standards version to 4.1.5, no changes needed. ( out-of-date-standards-version )
- Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository. ( upstream-metadata-missing-bug-tracking , upstream-metadata-missing-repository )
