Ready changes
Summary
- Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
- Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed. ( out-of-date-standards-version )
- Update lintian override info format in d/musl.lintian-overrides on line 11. ( mismatched-override )
- Set field Upstream-Contact in debian/copyright.
- Remove obsolete field Contact from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
- Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed. ( out-of-date-standards-version )
