• Use secure copyright file specification URI. ( insecure-copyright-format-uri )
• Bump debhelper dependency to >= 9, since that's what is used in debian/compat. ( no-versioned-debhelper-prerequisite )
• Bump debhelper from deprecated 9 to 13. ( package-uses-deprecated-debhelper-compat-version )
• Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends. ( uses-debhelper-compat-file )
• Change priority extra to priority optional. ( priority-extra-is-replaced-by-priority-optional )
• Set upstream metadata fields: Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Repository-Browse. ( upstream-metadata-file-is-missing , upstream-metadata-missing-bug-tracking )
• Remove an obsolete maintscript entry.
