The source files come from http://sourceforge.net/projects/chem-file/files/Chemical%20Structures/2.2.0/chemical-structure-source-2.2.0.tgz/download

The directory containing the source tree has been renamed to 
chemical-structures-2.2.dfsg.0 then every jar library has been removed from
the subdirectory src/jmol

This package should recommend the package Jmol as soon as it will be able to
enter Debian.
