Ready changes
Summary
- Change priority extra to priority optional. ( priority-extra-is-replaced-by-priority-optional )
- Drop unnecessary dependency on dh-autoreconf.
- Fix day-of-week for changelog entries 1.4.5-1, 1.3.1-2. ( debian-changelog-has-wrong-day-of-week )
- Remove empty maintainer scripts: network-manager-strongswan (postinst) ( maintainer-script-empty )
